According to Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform & Consumer Protection Act (commonly referred to as Dodd-Frank), a new supply chain reporting requirement was created that requires U.S publicly traded companies to promote transparency & consumer awareness regarding the use of “conflict materials” supplied from that region. Accordingly, Pro Tapes® has pledged to source components & materials only from corporations that abide by our commitment to protecting & promoting civil liberties, ethics & ecological responsibility.
